Top Inflammatory Foods to Avoid

According to research from the World Health Organization, about 12.9 million people worldwide died from some form of cardiovascular disease every year and about 8 million from cancer. Heart disease and cancer are the deadly manifestation of chronic inflammation!

But study after study shows that the risk of heart disease and cancer are modifiable by our lifestyle choices.    This includes the food we eat and put into our bodies every day.

We are in control!

Here’s a list of food I recommend to avoid to prevent chronic inflammation:

Avoid:

-Refined Carbohydrates

-High Fat Meats (beef, lamb, and pork)

-Sugar ( I know you love it but this is the underlying cause of many diseases!)

-Processed Foods (try to stay away from packaged foods as much as possible)

-Alcohol (Moderation!)
