Dry Skin Brushing

Hey Guys!

Our body’s largest organ might surprise you– it’s your skin!  Your skin is also your largest elimination organ.

It eliminates about a quarter of the toxins from the body every day.  Problems with your skin are usually one of the first signs something is amiss with your body.   If something is wrong and your skin cannot efficiently release toxins you may experience rashes, acne, hives, itchiness, body odor, or even eczema and psoriasis.

One of the easiest (not to mention inexpensive!) ways you can help your skin with this detoxification process is incorporating dry skin brushing  into your daily routine.

Skin Brushing is another great way to show your body how much you love and appreciate it with self-care!
