–Exercise and Supplements– for Breast Cancer Prevention

We are in control!  We can alter our genetic make-up and other factors to contribute to breast cancer prevention.  Here are 2 more of the top controllable risk factors:

Exercise

Oh exercise.  We love how we feel when we do it but sometimes it’s a pain in the butt to fit it into our days.  My friend, Pamela Keld, was one of those women.  Pamela was inspired to create Everywhere Exercise while she was sitting and wondering if she had time to exercise while watching her children run around in the playground.

Supplements

Our bodies are miraculous machines but sometimes they need some extra support.  Studies have shown that taking vitamins and supplements can help reduce your risk of breast cancer.  Each person is different though.  To properly assess what vitamins and nutrients your specific body needs I recommend coming into Thermography for Health to get a LSA scan.   The LSA scan measures electrical conductivity through important communication points on your hands.  While doing this I can measure the level of toxic stress on your organs and systems and suggest supplements to support them.
