For Breast Cancer Prevention it is important to exercise and get your heart rate up for at least 20 minutes everyday.
My friend Pamela Keld developed an exercise program called Everywhere Exercise. Everywhere exercise is a mobile App that can be downloaded on your iPhone, iPad, Kindle, Nook and Android. ( All your electronic needs!) This program is designed for people who are always on the go and features quick and efficient exercises that can be done anywhere.
No more excuses!
Research shows many benefits of moving throughout your day. Exercising 4 or more hours a week can help decrease your hormone levels which helps lower your breast cancer risk. Exercise also promotes the flow of oxygen and the pulsation of our blood and lymph flow.
Increased physical activity, even when begun later in life, reduces overall breast-cancer risk by 20 percent among women.
Find an activity that you enjoy doing. I love dancing and Yoga- I don’t even feel like I’m working out with I’m doing these activities.
Make yourself a priority and set aside time to exercise at least 5 days a week. Exercising helps in every aspect of your life!
You’re in control. Love your body & treat it well.
